There is always a good dose of jetlag after 2 weeks in the US on holiday, and this year has been no different. After struggling through the first 2 days back at work, having arrived home midday on Wednesday, it was back to training after work on Friday.

Totals = 15mins / 4465m / 1:40.7 / 31

31st Dec:
4 x 1k / 5min rest:
3:17.0 / 1:38.5 / 32
3:16.9 / 1:38.4 / 32
3:16.6 / 1:38.3 / 33
3:14.7 / 1:37.3 / 33

Totals: 4000m = 13:05.2 / 1:38.1 / 32

29th Dec: 60mins = 16037m / 1:52.2 / 25
