More holiday training

26th Dec: 30mins = 8201m / 1:49.7 / 25

27th Dec: 6 x 600m / 3min rest = 11:32.9 / 3600m / 1:36.2 / 33

1:36.5, 1:36.8, 1:36.5, 1:36.5, 1:36.1, 1:34.5

Keeping up the consistency so far and training every day. There really is no excuse not to make at least 30mins a day, especially when you’re on holiday and have an erg that you have to walk past to get from your bedroom to the bathroom.
