There is an update below on my training since my last blog update a little over a month ago. As you can see it is mainly “tick over” training with lots of 30min pieces, and a distinct lack of many interval sessions. Also a number of periods of a few days of no training by the look of it. All in all there are some reasonable quality sessions in there though with a couple of restricted rate 2km tests, a 5km test, and a few fast 30min pieces.
I am now on holiday in the US for the next 2 weeks, with easy erg access the entire time and no excuse not to train pretty much every day.
