Spent a few hours up a tree chopping branches off, no erging.

15th Dec:
I did the standard Pete Plan speed pyramid today as a pacing judgement exercise before I set target paces for a few people on this one tomorrow. It is quite a long time since I’ve done the session so needed to remind myself just how it feels and what is possible before I assign it to other people to do. Target 1:36.0 on the way up, then faster rep to rep on the way back down.

250m = 48.0 / 1:36.0 / 33
500m = 1:36.0 / 32
750m = 2:24.0 / 1:36.0 / 33
1000m = 3:11.9 / 1:35.9 / 33
750m = 2:23.0 / 1:35.3 / 34
500m = 1:34.5 / 35
250m = 43.9 / 1:27.8 / 38

Totals = 4k / 12:41.2 / 1:35.1 / 34
