Following the hard 10k on Tuesday I have just done a couple of days of steady, and not very long, work on the erg.
Wednesday = 30mins / 7827m / 1:54.9 / 22
Thursday = 30mins / 8040m / 1:52.2 / 24
I have lacked the time during the working day to do any longer for the past two days, and after having a minor cold for nearly two weeks after the 100k / 5k weekend I wanted to ensure I had enough recovery after the hard 10k on Tuesday before doing any more hard sessions. Tomorrow is time for another hard session though.
