Saturday:

Food

Sainsburys have ben and jerry’s ice cream at half price at the moment. I am now addicted to it. Baked Alaska is a con, there aren’t enough white chocolate polar bears. Fish food is great, lots of chocolate in that. Fossil fuel was today’s choice which was also good, currently contemplating a second portion (no I don’t eat a tub at once).

    Interesting post on food, prompted a question for me for you: As rowers we’re told we can consume unlimited quantities of food, I’ve not found that to be true even though I’m a heavyweight. Do you have any specific diet that you follow?
