1801m / 1:39.9 / 31
1801m / 1:39.9 / 31
1803m / 1:39.8 / 31

Ave: 24mins = 7209m / 1:39.8 / 30

I think I mentioned in the blog before about the South Pole race, in which James Cracknell and Ben Fogle are taking part as Team QinetiQ – http://www.teamqinetiq.com/ – perhaps when I had applied for a place in the team. James and Ed (the chosen third member) are in work today (as my company are sponsoring their team in the race) giving out free stuff, so I have a nice wooly hat to support “Team QinetiQ”.

How tired were you at the end of each piece? Five minutes of rest dips under your preferred 1:1 ratio.
