Monday = 6 x 1k / 1min rest
Progression on this session has been:
last week: 8 x 750m / 1R = 1:38.9
2 weeks ago: 10 x 600m / 1R = 1:38.3
3 weeks ago: 12 x 500m / 1R = 1:38.3

Target = no rep slower than 5k pb pace, 1:39.3.

Wednesday = 4 x 1400m / 4R
Progression on this session has been:
last week: 4 x 1650m / 4R = 1:39.3
2 weeks ago: 4 x 1500m / 4R = 1:39.8
3 weeks ago: 4 x 1350m / 4R = 1:39.5

Target = 1:39.0

Friday the rest of the group are doing a hard 7k. I will be resting as I’m racing in the “xtraining meeting duathlon” race at the Reading rowathlon:
800m run (track), 2k row (erg), 50 press ups, 50 squat thrusts, 2k row, 800m run
