Intervals

Training:

Speed intervals day today, as always on a Monday on the Pete Plan. The pyramid session is one I hadn’t done for some time, so I picked a target pace of 1:35.0 for the way up.

 2k w/u = 1:54 / 24

250m = 1:34.4 / 34
500m = 1:34.6 / 34
750m = 1:34.6 / 34
1000m = 1:34.6 / 34
750m = 1:34.2 / 35
500m = 1:33.7 / 35
250m = 1:29.8 / 39

Ave = 1:34.1 / 35

Rest interval metres = 3594m

A bit faster than target, and I don’t think I could have gone much faster.
